We are looking for US registered nurses to work full-time as Utilization Review Nurses. As a UR Nurse, you will perform frequent case reviews, check medical records, speak with patients and care providers regarding treatment, and respond to the plan of care.

Job Responsibilities:
- Carefully examine patient medical records, including diagnosis, treatment plans, test results, and progress notes, to assess the appropriateness of the care provided.
- Determine whether a proposed treatment or procedure is medically necessary based on established criteria, guidelines, and insurance policies.
- Collaborating with Healthcare Providers\
- Verify insurance coverage and ensure that the proposed treatments or procedures are covered by the patient's insurance plan.
- Maintain detailed documentation of their review process, decisions, and communications with healthcare providers and insurance companies.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Nursing
- Have at least 1 year of bedside experience
- NCLEX passer and with active USRN License (Mainland/Non-mainland)
- With an active PRC License
