Financial Administrator [South Africa]


 

Requirements

  • High School (matric)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in similar role
  • Bilingual in both Afrikaans and English
  • Experience working on an accounting package Pastel
  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and highly organised
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle

Duties

  • Manage the debtors and Creditors functions
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Vat Reconciliation
  • Budgets
  • Office management
  • Manage filing of all relevant documents
  • General administration duties

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Stellenbosch, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
