Job Title: Jr. Architect
Architect Job Purpose:
Designing new buildings, alterations, extensions, or restoration projects. Working with clients to ensure their designs are functional and within budgetary restraints.
Architect Job Duties:
- Prepares architectural designs for various projects;
- Continuously works and coordinates with other disciplines (structural, alignment, civil MEPF to achieve a project’s objectives;
- Prepares project monitoring information and new approaches to given problems / situations;
- Provide pre-design services such as architectural research, architectural programming, space planning, space management studies, value management, site analysis and pre-feasibility studies;
- Drafting of concept design, scheme design and detailed design using Revit;
- Evaluate client’s program, schedule, budget and project site and propose methods of project deliveries;
- Prepare initial line drawings representing design studies leading to a recommended solution, including a general description of the project for approval of project owner;
- Provide relevant laws/codes, pertaining to detailed designs and construction drawings, settingforth in detail the work required for the architectural component;
- Arrange technical specifications describing type and quality of materials, finish, manner of construction and the general conditions under which a project is to be constructed; and
- Other architectural and design support, as needed.
Qualifications / Skills and Knowledge Requirements
- Must be proficient in REVIT or CAD softwares;
- Computer literacy is a must. Proficient in MS Outlook and collaboration tools such as MS Teams; and
- Knowledge of discipline codes and standards, specification, design criteria, including international design standard and codes
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; and
- 1-2 years of related experience/s in the design of horizontal projects preferably hi-rise condominium
Job Type: Permanent

- Monday to Saturday
- Overtime
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Summary of role requirements:
- Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays and half-day on Saturday

Job Types: Contract, Permanent
Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
