Call Center Officer [Singapore]


 

You will be required to:

  • Attend to customer inquiries
  • Communicate with customers and offer relevant advice in a clear and concise manner
  • Document queries for future reference

You should possess:

  • NITEC certificate, diploma, or degree in any field
  • At least 1 year of experience in the customer service industry
  • Experience in a call center will be an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
