- Maintains a clean washing area at all times, properly wash and sort cutlery and cockery.
- Keeps washing area free of clutter at all times.
- Properly wash, stack and store cutlery and cockery at the correct storage area.
- Remove trash timely throughout the shift.
- Ensure that crockery and cutlery are cleared from tables and tray return areas, and returned to the washing are at all times.
- Ensure tables are clutter free and cleaned at all times.
- Ensure tables and chairs are organized at all times.
- Perform housekeeping, sweeping, mopping and ensuring that the outlet is clean at all times.
- Able to use a dishwasher.
- Must commit to perform full shift on eve of Public Holidays, public holidays and weekends. Flexible/short working hours on weekdays except on eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays.
- Must be physically fit.
