Your new role

  As a Junior BI & Data Reporting Expert you will be supporting operational teams in capacity planning, resource allocation, control and periodic monitoring of management activities.
• You will develop and provide appropriate reports to ensure the activity remains under control in terms of operational and financial KPI.
• You will collaborate with department managers to define strategies and associated KPI.
• You will translate management’s vision into relevant indicators.
• You will communicate the vision to teams and define tactical implementations plans.
• You will monitor and report actual performance compared to management’s vision and defined tactics.
• You will present reports to management, lead discussions with teams, analyse performance gaps, and derive actions for realignment.
• You will develop meaningful reports using Power BI and SSAS Tabular.

Your profile

• The ideal’s candidate is finishing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modelling.
• Good knowledge of SSAS Tabular Model, Visual Model, DAX Studio, Power BI.
• Knowledge in Json and R is a plus.
• Team player, proactive, strong analytical skills.
• Fluency in Dutch or French, good understanding of the other language, and good knowledge in English.
