Our main markets are France, Italy, Greece, and Spain. We have 19 operational bases: Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Strasbourg, Lille, Lourdes, and Lyon in France; Venice, Verona, Palermo, Cagliari, Olbia, Florence and Naples in Italy; Athens in Greece; Hamburg in Germany and Asturias and Bilbao in Spain.
We are hiring a Business Development Manager who is used to interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

What you will do:
The Business Development Manager will help in building and closing contracts across the markets, and collaborate with several areas in order to find ways to improve the profitability and sustainability of the network:
- Coordinating the contract process from assisting in negotiation with airports together with line managers to the signing of contracts.
- To assists in co-marketing agreements negotiations of the network as well as help to promote our network and get a better notoriety across markets.
- Help and assist in the coordination for different types of tenders across all markets.
- Work in close collaboration with the legal, sales and marketing teams to ensure. full alignment and consistency in the implementation of the different initiatives.
- Assist the coordination with communications in the launch of new routes.
- Prospection to new airports to find new business opportunities.
- Support all other daily tasks when needed.
What you need:
- Degree in Aeronautical field (Management or Engineering), business management or tourism.
- Excellent written and oral English, French and Spanish skills.
- Advanced skills in Office package.
- Very organized, good negotiations and communications skill.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Italian knowledge is a big plus.
- More than 2 years' experience in Business/Airline development roles is a plus.
- Experience in European LCC airlines &/or in Business Development Department is a highly valued skills.
