Your role:
We are looking for a talented Procurement Business Travel Expert to join our winning team! As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the implementation & execution of the Business Travel Fleet&Events category, specializing in Travel&Events sub-category's on a global level. You will support TFE category execution, by preparing and running RfX competitive bidding events. On top of that, you will be responsible for process design and management as well as spend analyses including savings tracking and forecasting & budgeting. You will also function as a representative of the category for selected countries/markets, working closely with the business stakeholders.
In addition, you will support the development of the envisioned shared service center organization and establish and maintain a collaborative work environment with colleagues in our company procurement organization, to continuously enable and improve the overall process performance. Who you are:
- Business Travel/Meetings/Events experience in a professional, complex, and international corporate environment is essential,
- Professional work experience in procurement and contracting (including supplier negotiations),
- Familiarity with RFX tools and travel management software,
- Analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently with minimal guidance when required,
- Experience of working in a shared service center, involvement in a process is considered as an advantage,
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant discipline,
- Fluent in English, fluent Spanish, Portuguese nice to have.
