Position: Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Intercool Hellas SA, based in Patras, Greece, a leading company in Commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning sector is seeking for a motivated, enthusiastic, hard working and open minded Logistics Manager.
Overview
The candidate will be responsible to manage the warehouse and warehouse staff. He/she will be responsible to maintain and monitor the inventory, the non moving stock, arrange delivery of orders, negotiate with transport companies, and monitor all incoming and outgoing supplies.

the ideal individual should have a strong background in Logistics, Imports/Exports, Order coordinations, triangular sales and National & international transportation.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for procuring and organising 3PL services.
· Ensuring appropriate forwarding and support of the overall logistics process up to delivery of items on board.
· Organise the forwarding activities for the delivery of goods to our fleet.
· Monitors inventories levels at all warehouses.
· Runs the tender process for selecting the most suitable 3PL providers.
· Evaluates and monitors the performance of the 3PL services,
· Ensures that all formalities are followed with all authorities for the smooth deliveries of the goods onboard.
· Organize the importation of goods.
· Maintain a excellent service level towards our customers.
· Requirements:
- Fluency in English & Greek (Italian will be considered as plus)
- At least 5 years of experience in similar position
- BS/BA degree in Logistics or supply chain
- Client facing experience
- Relationship building and good communication skills
- Ability to plan, execute and forecast actions in advance
- Ability to effectively communicate & negotiate with 3PL partners
- Crisis management capabilities
