Decathlon Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Assistant your role is to leave an excellent lasting impression on our customers. From a welcoming greeting and showing gratitude for their time, followed by a professional goodbye, your role is to deliver a 5 star shopping experience for our customers.
What will be expected of you?
As a Customer Service Advisor you will have at least 1 year of retail experience with a proven track record of handling money, be full of energy and motivated with a willingness to help others. Have excellent time management and communication skills, which help drive the store forward. You will be required to work usual retail hours including evenings and weekends as required. The role will be store based, meaning no two days are the same and you will face some challenges along the way, but with the support of the Team, we guarantee that you will surpass even your own expectations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Money handling
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Dealing with customer queries efficiently & effectively
- Be able to work confidently with tills and handle money
- Actively seek resolutions to any complaints/issues that may arise
Who you are:
- At least 1 year of retail experience in a similar role
- Proving track record of handling money
- Excellent communicator, with good level of English
- Well organised and reliable
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Experienced working in a fast paced customer focused environment
- Keen interest in sport & assisting others
