Marketing Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gathering data on campaign success, often through collecting audience feedback
- Creating detailed and visually appealing graphs and present them to business decision-makers
- Assisting with the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing events
- Overseeing the design and graphics of marketing materials
- Conducting market research to better understand the marketing needs of the organization and its target audience
- Organize, set up and attend sponsored events
- Communicate with vendors concerning marketing materials
- Assist in publishing material, and advertising, on social media Review and organize marketing materials
- Record data and publish reports of marketing progress
- Market to former clients, employers, lawyers
- Support team with new marketing campaigns.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- A self-starter and team player, able to accept direction, yet work independently.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.

EDUCATION:
- Some experience or a strong interest in the legal industry is highly preferred
- Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity - basic graphic design skills are a plus
- Candidates must be able to manage multiple projects with varied timelines on tight deadlines
- Must have very strong written and verbal marketing communication skills

HOURS:
Monday-Friday: 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m CST
Saturday: as needed
Sunday: Closed
OFFICE LOCATION: STL, MO
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: $2,896,136 per month
