Are you ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role as a Project Manager at GlobalConnect? We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our Nordic team of 12 people in the Infrastructure Operations - Site department. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the operation and expansion of our site infrastructure.
You will have the opportunity to work on both large and small construction and operation projects while collaborating closely with contractors, technicians, construction managers, and authorities.

In this role, you will:
- Plan, maintain, and build new site installations.
- Manage budgets, time, and resources.
- Identify and manage project-related risks and monitor project progress.
- Communicate with external technicians and subcontractors.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Updating contract and lease agreements
Qualifications:
- Technical experience, preferably with a background in telecom
- Experience in project management
- Good communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and decision-making ability.
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance
- Good ability to adapt to changes.
- Fluent in spoken and written Norwegian and spoken and written English.
- Experience in Microsoft Office
